As far as the ingredients go in the curry:

  • Chickpeas are packed full of iron, folate and manganese - great for vegetarians!

  • Spinach is 

  • Ginger has great nutritional and health benefits

And as we said, it tastes good too!

So give it a go, just re-heat and serve with rice or bread and feel free to add vegetables as you wish. Enjoy!
