1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
2. Place 2 sheets of pastry on a baking tray and spread some chilli paste on the middle one third of the sheet.
3. Pour the Chickpea, Potato and Spinach Curry on each sheet and top with vegan cheese or nutritional yeast.
4. Wet the sides of the pastry and pinch together to make a rectangle. You can sprinkle pepitas or sunflower seeds on top too. Bake in oven for 20 mins or until golden.
